These are the words of Uriyahu bar-Yoktan, of the tribe of Levi. I, Uriyahu, compose these things from the teachings of the disciples of the beloved Rabbi Yeshua bar-Yosef, recorded by them of that most venerable Twelve before Yeshua was lifted up from the earth. I give my word of honor that I speak truly in relating what was passed on to me by they of the Twelve, of whom I am a disciple.
In the beginning was God, and with Him were His Wisdom and His Spirit, and these three were one, and Wisdom was with God, and the Spirit was with God, and they were God. Wisdom entered into human flesh, taking up that which is human for the purpose of taking away the sins of the world. These things have I learned from Yochanan, who is the disciple beloved of Yeshua. And Yeshua is truly the Wisdom enfleshed, the fullness of the divine radiance, being also the Meshiach, the son of David.
It came to pass that Yochanan bar-Zecharyahu was submerging the children of Yisra’el in the river called Yarden that they might be cleansed. The day came that Yeshua came to be submerged in the Yarden by Yochanan, but Yochanan would not, knowing that Yeshua required no cleansing, for He was utterly pure in the sight of YHVH. Yeshua compelled Yochanan to submerse Him in the Yarden, however, that all righteousness might be fulfilled. And as this was taking place, and as Yeshua prayed, it was beheld that the Spirit of YHVH descended upon Yeshua as a dove, and the voice of God was heard, saying, “You are My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased!”
[…]
A day came, as the Twelve were traveling with Yeshua, when Shimon called Kepha discovered that Yehuda of Kerioth, who carried the money of the Twelve, had stolen for his personal gain. And Kepha was wroth, and confronted Yehuda bar-Shimon, and accused him to his face. It came also to pass that Yehuda denied these things in the presence of the sons of Zebedee, who were called by name Yochanan and Ya’akov.
Strife came between the disciples of Yeshua until such time as the Rabbi intervened, saying, “Do not speak ill of Yehuda regarding these things. Do you not realize that if he has stolen, I know of it? Be still, and let these matters pass.” From that point on, the rest of the Twelve believed that Kepha had been mistaken, for they knew not yet that Yehuda’s iniquities were far deeper still.
The time came shortly that Yeshua and the Twelve came to the village of Kana in the Galil, for it was time for Yeshua’s brother Yehuda to be wed. And Yehuda was the son of Yosef and Miriam in the flesh, but Yeshua was not the son of Yosef in flesh, but rather by the law, for Yeshua was born while His mother was yet a virgin.
Now Yehuda of Nazareth had been betrothed to a chaste maiden, Re’uma bat-Malkiyahu, who was of Kana. The time came to pass that they would be wed, and Yeshua brought the Twelve with Him to Kana. When they ran out of wine, Miriam addressed Yeshua with the problem, knowing as she did how she had come to conceive Yeshua, as told to her by Gavriel. Yeshua commanded that the servants fill six stone purification vessels with water, and as a sign of the plentiful bounty of the kingdom of God, Yeshua transformed the water into the best of wine, and all were astonished at the flavor of it.
When the wedding had been concluded, Yeshua, His family, and His disciples traveled to Kfar-Nahum. And the time came shortly for Pesach, and Yeshua led the Twelve to the holy city, that is, Yerushalayim. But when Yeshua saw that the grounds of the house of YHVH had been filled with commerce, He was very wroth, and filled with zeal for the sanctity of the Temple. He made a whip of cords and drove the beasts and the wicked from the Temple, saying, “Remove these things! Do not make My Father’s house into a house of trading!”
The Jews challenged Yeshua, asking Him to show a sign. The Rabbi answered, “Destroy this temple, and in three days, I will raise it up!” The Jews scoffed at His words, saying that it had taken 46 years to construct the Temple. They understood not that Yeshua spoke of His body, for the body is the true temple of YHVH when cleansed by the Spirit. Truly, a house of stone and gold cannot do justice to the glory of YHVH!
And it came to pass that a certain one of the Sanhedrin came to Yeshua during the night, not wishing his visits to be known to the other Pharisees. Yeshua spoke many wise words to him, saying, among other things, “If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I speak to you of the things of heaven? None have risen to heaven save He who descended from heaven, who is the Son of Man. And as Moshe lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that he who trusts in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. For God loved the world in this way: He gave His only-begotten Son, so that he who trusts in Him, that Son, will not perish but have everlasting life. God did not send His Son into the world for the purpose of condemning the world, but rather so that the world could be saved through Him. He who trusts in Him is not condemned, but he who does not trust and believe is already condemned for not believing and trusting in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.”
Following this, the Twelve and Yeshua came to Judea, and there they performed submersion for purification. Yochanan, however, was performing this same rite at Aenon near Salim. His disciples came into conflict with the people of Judea, and they asked Yochanan how he could permit Yeshua to practice this rite, and to draw the people to Himself. Yochanan answered that Yeshua, being from heaven as the Meshiach, is above all, and that Yeshua must be more greatly honored, even if at the expense of himself.
[…]
It came to pass that Yeshua prayed in solitude, leaving the Twelve by themselves. Shimon the Zealot and Yehuda of Kerioth disputed against Levi called Matityahu, saying that Yeshua had come to destroy Rome and expel them from the land of Yisra’el, which Matityahu denied. They came to harsh words between themselves, and very nearly struck each other.
[…]
The Twelve knew that twice every morning and twice every evening, Rabbi Yeshua would cry out in a loud voice, “Sh’ma Yisra’el! YHVH Eloheinu YHVH echad!” The meaning of this, of course, being, “Hear, Yisra’el! YHVH is our God, YHVH alone!”
[…]
These are the Twelve, the disciples of Rabbi Yeshua bar-Yosef, who is also called the most precious and only-begotten Son of YHVH Elohim Tz’va’ot, being Himself in very nature divine: Shimon called Kepha, and his brother, who were fishermen with Yochanan and Ya’akov, the sons of Zebedee; Yehuda of Kerioth, being the son of a Shimon; Yehuda the Twin; Levi called Matityahu; Ya’akov; Nathanael bar-Tolmay, a man of Kana; Shimon of the Zealots; Yehuda known as Lebbaeus; and he who is called Philip.
[…]
And it came to pass that Yeshua was in Bethany with the family of Eleazar, whom Yeshua had seized from Sheol and returned to earth, and Miriam the sister of Eleazar anointed the feet of Yeshua with ointment and dried them with her hair. At this Yehuda protested, for the ointment was expensive.
The following day, Yeshua entered Yerushalayim upon a donkey, and the Twelve accompanied Him, and the crowds greeted Him with palm branches and hailed Him as the king of the children of Yisra’el. Pesach had once more drawn near.
[…]
It came to pass that Yeshua observed the Seder with His disciples, the Twelve, in the home of a young man, Yochanan called Marcus, who was the cousin of Yosef called Bar-nebhuah (that is, the son of exhortation), of the tribe of Levi. And Yeshua girded Himself with a towel and washed the feet of His disciples, even Shimon Kepha, who protested. The Rabbi preached to the Twelve, that they ought to serve one another in imitation of Him, and these teachings are true and right. Yeshua declared that He would be betrayed by one from among the Twelve, causing much confusion among the disciples. At these words Kepha motioned to Yochanan, who leaned upon the chest of Yeshua, to inquire as to these things.
Yeshua said unto Yochanan that he to whom Yeshua would give the next piece of bread, dipped in the cup, was known to be the traitor. And He delivered it to Yehuda of Kerioth, into whom Satan entered. Yeshua addressed Yehuda, telling him, “What you do, do quickly.” At this, Yehuda departed to return to the priests and Pharisees, to whom Yehuda had promised to deliver Yeshua in exchange for thirty shekels.
[…]
Yeshua answered Yehuda the Twin, saying, “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. None can come to the Father by any path other than through Me. If you had known Me, you would have also known My Father, and henceforth, You have known Him and perceived Him through Me.”
[…]
“I will pray to the Father, and He will grant you another Advocate, who will be with you forever: the truthful Spirit, who is the Spirit of YHVH. And the world cannot receive Him, because it does not perceive Him or understand Him. But you do know Him, because He dwells among you and is in you.”
[…]
Following the Seder, Yeshua and His disciples retreated across the River called Qidron to a garden of Gath-smane, as was their custom. It is there that Yeshua prayed to His Father, crying out that above all, the will of YHVH must be done. And as He prayed and contemplated what was to come, Yeshua’s sweat became as blood.
Yehuda entered the garden, leading the troops given him by the Pharisees and priests, and greeted Yeshua with a kiss, a signal to his cohorts that He was the one. Yeshua inquired of them, “For whom do you search?”
They answered Him, “Yeshua of Nazareth.”
Yeshua declared unto them, “I am He,” and at these words, a number of the guards fell back onto the ground. When they inquired once more concerning Yeshua, He said to them, “As I have told you, I am He. Therefore, if it is Me whom you seek, permit these to go,” speaking of His disciples. At this, Shimon Kepha drew a sword and cleaved the right ear of Malchus, a servant of the high priest. For this Yeshua reprimanded Kepha and restored the ear of Malchus to health. Then the troops bound Yeshua and took Him to Ananus, whose son-in-law was Yehosef bar-Qayyafa, the high priest.
[…]
Pontius Pilatus returned to the Praetorium and called Yeshua, asking, “Are You truly the King of the Jews?”
Yeshua answered Him, “Do you ask Me this of your own accord, or have others said this of Me?”
Pontius Pilatus answered, “Am I a Jew? Your own nation and chief priests have delivered You to Me. What have You done?”
Yeshua said to Pontius, “My kingdom does not belong to this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews. But My kingdom is not from here.”
Once more, Pontius Pilatus queried the Rabbi, “So You are a king, then?”
Yeshua answered, “You have correctly said that I am a king. For this reason I was born, and for this reason I have entered the world: that I should bear witness to the Truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.”
Pontius Pilatus scoffed, saying, “What is truth?” He returned Yeshua to before the crowd and announced, “I find no fault in Him whatsoever. But you have a custom that I am to release someone to you at the time of the Pesach. Shall I release the King of the Jews?”
The crowds cried out, “No, not Him, but rather Yeshua bar-Abba!” This bar-Abba was a thief and insurrectionist.
On this account, Pilatus ordered that our Rabbi be scourged by the Roman soldiers. These soldiers wove a crown of thorns and forced it upon His brow, and they placed upon His bleeding back a scarlet robe that had faded to purple. They cried out, “All hail the King of the Jews!”, and they struck Him.
When Yeshua had been returned to Pontius Pilatus, he displayed the Rabbi before the crowd, crying out, “Behold the Man!” At this, the priests insisted that Pilatus have Yeshua crucified.
When Pilatus refused this on the grounds that he could find no fault in Yeshua, the Jews set forth that according to the Torah, Yeshua must die for making Himself out to be the Son of God. At these words, Pontius Pilatus feared greatly, lest a divine wrath be visited upon him.
[…]
Now after Yeshua had been hung upon a tree in the place known as Golgotha, placed as He was between two associates of Yeshua bar-Abba, Rabbi Yeshua was put to great shame, such as does not properly befit one of His honorable name. But this was done so that by incurring our shame, He might divert the punishment from we who covenant with Him and thereby fulfill justice in our cases. For this reason He endured the shame and the curse of God, that we might be saved, and that YHVH might make His glory known to all nations. And Yeshua cried out and surrendered His spirit into the hands of El Shaddai.
[…]
And we know that Shimon Kepha and Yochanan, as well as Mary of Magdala, have all witnessed the empty tomb of our Rabbi. And their testimony is true.
[…]
It was known to the disciples of Rabbi Yeshua bar-Yosef, then, that Yehuda of Kerioth had perished in Akeldama.
[…]
Then Yeshua presented Himself again to the remainder of the Twelve, among whom solely Yehuda the Twin had not yet believed the true testimony that Yeshua had risen from the dead. He appeared within the chamber, to which the doors were shut, and presented Himself before Yehuda, inviting him to feel the fleshly wounds of the Meshiach. And Yehuda the Twin fell to his knees before Yeshua, crying out to Him, “My Lord and My God!”
[…]
Yeshua gathered His disciples to teach them again, saying, “I have died for the sins of the world. I have died for your sins, and I am the broker of the new covenant given by YHVH. So come now, let us reason together, as we read in the book of the prophet Yeshayahu ben-Amoz. Even though your sins are as scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Even though they are as red as crimson, I will make them as wool! Accept, therefore, the fruits of the new covenant, of which my body and blood are a sign. I have died, that you might live. I have been put to shame, that you might be honored. But now I live, and now I am honored and exalted, lifted high as the Son of Man from heaven, the Meshiach, as has been foretold.
“I am the Aleph and the Tau, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. I am the Creator, and I am the Finisher. I am the Wisdom of God, of whom Yeshua ben-Sirach wrote, though he was not a prophet. I am the divine Word, who was in the beginning with YHVH, and who is God. I am the Word and Wisdom of God, entered into flesh in the womb of a virgin of David’s line, whose name is Miriam, my mother. Through Me all things entered existence, and apart from Me, not one thing was made that has been made.
“I confess to you and give you My word of honor that I will always be with you, even to the end of the age and beyond. I will be with all who follow Me, and who worship My Father in spirit and in truth, for God is spirit. Whoever honors the Son honors the Father, but whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father. I am the Meshiach, the Son of God, as you have long known. I am the only-begotten son of My Father, the fulfillment of Yisra’el, and a light unto the Gentiles. I call you to be My good and faithful servants, to preach My message to both the Jews and the Gentiles, and to make disciples of these, that they may be submerged for purification in the name of YHVH, that is, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
“My Father and I are one, and this in purpose, but not in purpose only, but also in divine nature. And I have prayed to My Father, that you and I may be one in purpose, just as He and I are united in purpose. For you are My body, the body of Meshiach, and the Spirit I give to you will dwell among your members and will guide you in the truth, for I am the Truth, and the Word of My Father is Truth, for I am the Word whom the angels of God have worshipped.
“In the past, YHVH has spoken to your fathers through the prophets in various ways, but now He also speaks to you through Me. Through Me, He also created the heavens and the earth, and all that are in them. My Father has appointed Me to be the heir of all things, and I make you joint heirs with Me. Trust in Me, for I do not fail. I am the Word of YHVH’s power, and I have purged your sins! Because I live, you shall also live. I am the resurrection and the life.
“You know that long ago it was revealed to the prophet Daniyyel that the Son of Man will come with the clouds of heaven and pronounce judgment, and that He will receive an everlasting dominion, and that all the peoples of the earth shall serve Him, and that His kingdom can never be destroyed. I say to you with My word of honor that I am that Son of Man from heaven, and that I will come and visit judgment upon the land, even upon Yerushalayim, My holy city, for the children of Yisra’el reject Me and will persecute you, even putting many of you to death. Even the son of My mother, Ya’akov, when he has come to believe in Me, will one day be put to death by the chief priests for his faith.
“Many of you will be persecuted for the sake of My name. Persevere, I exhort you, and you will inherit an imperishable crown in My kingdom! Do not submit to the ways of this world, and never be conformed to it. This world is fleeting and will continue for a time, but My kingdom is everlasting! What does it profit a man if he should gain all the riches of the kingdoms of the earth, but his own soul is lost? Though the nations curse you, I will bless you. Though your enemies will revile your names and declare you accursed, know that they have done the same to Me. Therefore the Spirit of YHVH will intercede on your behalf with unutterable groans before My Father when you do not know what to pray, and He will help you in your weaknesses. Know that the strength of YHVH is revealed to be perfect in your weakness, and that through Me, you can do all things.
“I speak to you the truth, and you know it well. Through you the hearts of the nations will be conquered in My name. Preach repentance throughout Yerushalayim and all the land of Yisra’el, and unto the furthest regions of the earth. This I command you, and also another commandment: love one another just as I have loved you. For no man has a greater love than this, to lay down his life for his friends. Love one another so. Love also YHVH your God with all your heart, all your mind, all your strength, and all your soul. This you have heard from the days of Moshe, and you know it to be the most eminent commandments, and in these two commandments is the heart of the Torah. Go therefore, and follow these commandments always, with all the flow from them. Contend, therefore, for the true and pure doctrines that I have taught you. Reject all falsehood, and test all things, holding fast to whatever is pure and holy and right. The blessing of YHVH be upon you, My disciples, for in you I am pleased.”

These are the words written down by Uriyahu bar-Yoktan, disciple of the Twelve. The grace of our Lord, God, and Rabbi Yeshua be upon you always, strengthening your faith in Him. Amen.
